Yes, The Parking Intelligence Platform is designed to be fully scaleable, which means it is a perfect fit for all parking operations, both small-scale as large-scale. Thanks to the Economy of Scale built in to our pricing structure adding multiple locations will lower the TCO per location.

When are payments due?

Generally speaking we keep a 14-day payment period on both the start-up and monthly fees.

How is billing handled for additional services or features added mid-contract?

Additional Services will be quoted to you in detail. It is only after your approval that additional services or features are added on top of your current contract. The billing will of course change based on the renewed agreement.

Cancellation

How do I cancel my current subscription?

Our subscriptions are typically based on contracts of a certain term, during which you have access to our services. To cancel your subscription, you can do so by contacting our customer support team or accessing your account settings on our platform.
We recommend reviewing the terms of your contract to understand any cancellation policies or notice periods that may apply. In most cases, cancellation can be done just prior to the ending of your contract term.
